MailStorm (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a mobile application that helps you organize job applications and send email through your own mailbox providers.
What we collect and store (cloud) When you sign in with Google, we create an account and store in MongoDB Atlas (cloud database): Google account identifier, email address, and display name; company lists and company contact details you add; email templates (subject and body you write); email send status per company and provider; daily activity counts (sends, successes, failures); follow-up reminder metadata.
We use this data to sync your information across devices and provide app features. We do not sell your personal data.
What stays on your device OAuth tokens for Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo used to send email; optional CV/resume file path you choose locally. Mailbox credentials and tokens are stored in your device secure storage only. We do not receive or store them on our servers.
Email content You compose emails in the app. Sends go out through your connected provider from your account. We do not send email from our servers and we do not read the content of emails you send to recipients.
Advertising The app may display ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data per Google’s policies.
Authentication Sign-in is via Google Sign-In only. We verify your Google ID token and issue an app session token (JWT) for API access.

Children MailStorm is not directed at children under 13.
Changes We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
