Service description MailStorm helps you manage company lists, compose job application emails, and send them through your own Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo account. You control all message content and recipients.
Your responsibilities You are solely responsible for emails you send. You agree not to use MailStorm for spam, unsolicited bulk mail, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. You must comply with applicable email and privacy laws and your email provider’s terms.
Account You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for keeping your device and Google account secure.
Our role We provide software and cloud sync. We do not guarantee job outcomes, interview responses, or deliverability of your emails.
Acceptable use Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the app, abuse our API, or access other users’ data.
Ads The app may show third-party advertisements (Google AdMob).
Disclaimer MailStorm is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Termination We may suspend access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app and request data deletion at any time.
Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
